Our fee for adopting a puppy / adult dog is £275 in England, Wales and Scotland, and £262.50 in Northern Ireland. If you are adopting in Northern Ireland, you will also need to get a dog license. If you are adopting a puppy, we add an additional £60 to your adoption fee to cover our Dog School puppy training course (usually £70).

If we match you with a dog, we’ll ask you to bring your other dog to the rehoming centre for them to meet, so we can be sure that they will be happy to live together.

We pride ourselves on our thorough behaviour and veterinary assessments that help us match each dog to the right person. We rehome to all different types of homes, from houses to narrow boats. It just depends on the needs of the individual dog. 

We will be honest if we don't feel your circumstances are right to adopt a dog. Otherwise, we’d be doing a disservice to ourselves, our dogs and to you. It doesn’t mean you won’t be able to adopt from us in the future if your situation changes.
